Agent catalogue
Six AI agents. Each does one thing and does it every day.
Choose an agent for a task you do by hand today. We switch it on in your company's Vault, you enter what it should look for, and from the next day the results are waiting on your dashboard.
Its own dashboard
Results, agent activity, setup and costs in one place.
Answers in ChatGPT
The same tables via MCP. You ask in plain English.
Data in the EU
Servers in EU data centres, a separate Vault for every company.
The tenders agent
For businesses that want to bid for public contracts but have no time to read hundreds of notices every day. It has been working for us since August 2026, finding tenders for Smartx.
01 · What it does every day
Every two hours it fetches new notices from Find a Tender, Contracts Finder and TED. It screens each one and reads the promising ones to the end: conditions, deadlines, requirements. In the morning it reviews the deadlines and raises the alarm.
02 · What you see on the dashboard
A list of tenders scored for fit with your business, a summary of the requirements, submission deadlines and alerts. Every tender with a link to the source and a record of the agent's work.
03 · Where it gets its data
Find a Tender and Contracts Finder (UK public procurement), TED (EU tenders), the buyers' own websites and web search, which it uses to find new sources by itself.
04 · What you enter
Your company profile: what you do, where, which contracts interest you and which you do not want. The agent learns from your “yes / no” decisions.
The customers agent
For service and trading businesses that are short of new customers, where the salesperson wastes time searching instead of phoning. It has been working for us since September 2026.
01 · What it does every day
It picks two sectors from your list and a town, searches for businesses online and in registers, reads their websites, and weeds out directories and lists of “companies that do everything”.
02 · What you see on the dashboard
A list of businesses in your sector and area: name, website, general contact details, why they fit, what they do. Ready to phone. A separate track for estate agencies.
03 · Where it gets its data
Search engines, company websites, Companies House and other public registers. UK businesses only. Only general business addresses, in line with UK GDPR.
04 · What you enter
Sectors, towns and the scope of your services. On this basis the agent tells a customer from a competitor and from a supplier.
The property agent
For estate agents who want to see every new listing in their area in one place, before the competition sees it. In pilot since September 2026.
01 · What it does every day
Several times a day it gathers listings from public groups, noticeboards and portals within your radius. From each one it extracts the property type, location, advertiser and price.
02 · What you see on the dashboard
A map with dots: every listing in its place, with the radius set by a slider. Price history, new signals and notifications, all in the portal, with nothing leaving it.
03 · Where it gets its data
Public groups and noticeboards on social media, listings portals, local authority and locality registers.
04 · What you enter
Your location and operating radius, the property types that interest you, and a budget for the number of sources.
The suppliers agent
For businesses that buy regularly and want to pay less without taking risks. We build it to order from ready-made parts: finding businesses (like the customers agent) and pricing with a seller reliability score (like our bargain hunter).
01 · What it does every day
It looks for suppliers of the product or service you enter, in the UK and abroad, checks them in registers, and reads their websites and price lists.
02 · What you see on the dashboard
A comparison of offers: the price converted to pounds including delivery and VAT, a seller reliability score, a “too cheap to be true” warning, and an alert when a better offer appears.
03 · Where it gets its data
Search engines, suppliers' websites and online shops, company registers, and current exchange rates.
04 · What you enter
What you buy, how much and how often, where it is allowed to buy from, and the price threshold at which it should alert you.
The SEO agent
For businesses that have a website and want Google to show it, but do not want to pay an agency for reports. It has been working for us since September 2026, looking after the Smartx websites.
01 · What it does every day
It reads Google's data about your website: which phrases, which pages, how rankings change day by day. It also reads your website and your competitors' websites.
02 · What you see on the dashboard
Charts for 28, 90 and 365 days, a list of opportunities based on the numbers, and recommendations with ready-to-paste content. You tick “done”, and after 14 and 28 days the agent measures whether it helped.
03 · Where it gets its data
Google Search Console (your access), search results and trends, page speed, your website and your competitors' websites.
04 · What you enter
Your website address and access to Search Console. The agent works out the rest itself and asks for anything missing on the dashboard.
The grants agent
For businesses and organisations that miss funding calls because nobody is watching dozens of websites at once. The model already runs for a client of ours in the UK; we enter the sources for your region together with you.
01 · What it does every day
It fetches new funding calls from the sources you enter, extracts the amounts, deadlines and who can apply, removes duplicates and judges whether a call is for you.
02 · What you see on the dashboard
A list of matching calls with the reasoning, a “what to submit and by when” pack, a deadline calendar and a weekly bulletin: new, closing soon, matched.
03 · Where it gets its data
UK and EU funding portals, local and regional authorities, growth hubs and development agencies, foundations, as a list of sources we build up together.
04 · What you enter
Your profile: legal form, region, company size, sector, what you are seeking funding for, and your application history.
Does your task not match any of the six? We will build an agent for it.
Every one of our agents began as a task somebody did by hand. You tell us what you do and where your data comes from; we assemble an agent from ready-made parts and run a pilot on your real data. A pilot on one task has a fixed price, you get the dashboard from day one, your data stays in the EU, and the agent answers in ChatGPT like every agent of ours.

What else we can build. Because we already do it for ourselves.
